General Shipping Information

Our goal is to ensure that your ordered products reach you as quickly and conveniently as possible. Below we detail our delivery terms.

1. Shipping Methods and Our Partners:

  • Courier service: We provide convenient and fast home delivery throughout the country, with the help of our reliable courier service partners (e.g. GLS, Foxpost Házhoz, MPL). The package will be delivered directly to the address you provided.

  • Delivery to a parcel point: You have the option of picking up your order at designated parcel points (e.g. Foxpost Parcel Point, Packeta Point, Posta Point), where you can flexibly pick up the package according to your schedule.

  • Personal collection: If possible, our webshop also provides personal collection, at a pre-arranged time or during opening hours at our premises/store. We will inform you about the details of this during the order process.

2. Shipping fees:

  • Shipping fees may depend on the shipping method you choose, the weight and size of the package, and the shipping address.

  • Fixed fee: In some cases, we apply a flat shipping fee to all orders.

  • Free shipping above a certain value limit: We provide you with free shipping above a certain basket value (e.g. 20,000 HUF), depending on the shipping method you choose.

  • Personal collection: Personal collection is usually free of charge.

  • You will see the exact shipping costs on the checkout page after you have selected the shipping method that suits you.

3. Delivery time:

  • For products in stock, we will deliver the package within 2-5 business days of placing the order.

  • For products in external warehouses or custom-made products, the delivery time may vary, we will inform you in more detail on the product page or in the confirmation email.

  • The courier service typically notifies the recipient of the exact delivery time via email or SMS.

4. Package tracking:

We generate a tracking number for every package we send, which we will send to you by email after your order has been shipped. You can conveniently track your package's progress on the courier's website using this number.

5. Delivery process and problems:

  • The courier service will usually make several delivery attempts. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, they will leave a notification or contact you by phone to arrange delivery.

  • Please check the package for damage in the presence of the courier upon receipt! In the event of a damaged package, please file a report with the courier and notify us immediately about the problem so that we can assist you.

General Payment Terms

We offer several convenient and secure payment methods in our online store so that you can choose the most suitable one.

1. Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit card payment (online): The fastest and most convenient payment method. We provide secure online credit card payment through our webshop's integrated payment service provider (e.g. PayPal, Stripe). Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment service provider's system via an encrypted connection, thus guaranteeing maximum security.

  • Cash on delivery (cash or credit card at the courier/pickup point): You have the option to pay the value of your order with cash or credit card upon receipt of the package, at the courier or at the chosen pick-up point. Cash on delivery payment may incur an extra fee, which we will inform you about when you choose the payment method.

  • Bank transfer (advance payment): You can pay for your order in advance by bank transfer. In this case, the package will be shipped after the amount has been credited to our bank account. We will send you our bank account details in the order confirmation email.

  • Online payment systems: If our web store accepts other online payment systems (e.g. PayPal), we will display them on the checkout page and you can select them there.

2. Payment security:

Online credit card payments are made in accordance with the highest security standards, via an encrypted connection, in the system of trusted, third-party payment service providers. Our web store does not store credit card data.

3. Billing:

We issue an electronic invoice for every order placed, which will be sent by email to the email address you provided after the package has been shipped.

4. Payment deadline (in case of advance payment):

In case of advance payment, please settle the amount within 2 working days of placing the order. If the amount does not arrive in our account within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
